Click on Help near the top of this page then click on “posting” down the side of the page that opens & you will see details of how to add coding.
If you use the reply at the bottom of a post (not the quick reply box at the bottom of the page), you’ll get the opportunity to test if you’ve got it right via the preview button before you post. You’ll also get some extra buttons for adding pictures etc.

Thank Guys.I will give it a go when I get a few minutes of idle time and I am sat with a Cuppa & a Kit-Kat.
