Hi,

We are looking to buy scorpios for racing. I know alot of people dont like us banger racers but we will pay more than scrap value plus already have many cars,all models in stock and we are more than happy to give parts away for free that we wouldnt use so as to help keep your cars on the road.

We are in the south west but travel the country so can often collect quickly.

have you raceed one yet ??.martey from warham has just taken on two more fore his boy .he is preparing the verey rustey green facelift est at the moment takes a lot of work to do it properley .i supose this is blaspheme(had to look that up) but it donated its organs so outher scorpios liveon.

might be helpfull if you give us some ideas of bits you dont need

do you just banger saloons or estates too?

im guessing you drop the 2.8 carb lump in them and cant see you needing interiours

its a shame to banger them but at least they go out in glory rather then just cubed

Hi,

Saloons or estates are fine.

We sometimes use the 2.9 12v and put a carb on it otherwise we put a 2.8 in it.

We dont need any trim,bumpers,lights that sort of stuff,but need all panels,suspension if possible.

:) Well i would rather see them raced instead of just being scrapped plus everyone that gets raced,makes yours even rarer !

i may have a possible breaker in a few weeks, depending on what it will cost a mate to put through mot

its a saloon with bad sills and seatbelt ancors,

will keep you informed if i buy it or not

Hi i have a 1998 2.3 ultima silver black leather motjune tax oct drives fine gearbox clunks into reverse sometimes whats it worth

hi im new to site, i have a scorpio 2.3 ghia 16 valve, laid off from work, mot out audust 2012, i have it on gumtree for 400. will be sad to see it go, would like someone who appreciates these cars to have it. s mackay
