I find it gains more respect on the road now then when it was new, probably because not many people know what it is untill they see the scorpio badge. And then they still think its made in 2010... :/

I'm located around 20 minutes outside of Cardiff.

Seeing as nobody seems to of made an offer,i thought i would start the ball rolling. Your maths obviously isn't your strong point as £700 is more than 1/3

£700 = 41.1%. ;D. If it was me, and you offered the full price, I would not sell it to you. There was only just over 6000 facelifts made, so they must be getting very hard to get now, and a manual one to boot. Its to good to banger.

Banger racing? Sounds like fun and a sensible car to do it in... but a scorpio is for life, not just for Christmas.

£2100 to part the car - labour hours and expenses and disabling the cars ability from being on the road taking up garage space etc etc. If I was ever to concider parting the car It only makes sense to add it in for the cost.

Or, I can total the dimensions of the Scorpio and divide exactly what your £700 buys and have a ford KA ready and waiting ;)
