Title: Green one up for auction
Post by Jeff on Jan 20th, 2016, 12:44pm
Hello all, not been on here much lately but still here keeping my eye on you.
Anybody know this one??

http://www.angliacarauctions.co.uk/en/classic-auctions/latest-classic-car-catalogue/saturday-23rd-january/1998-ford-scorpio-ultima-29-cosworth/

I went to Guernsey once to see a silver estate and it was very rusty underneath. This one looks OK in the pictures.
I'm looking for a pepper red bonnet btw if anyone has one near J11/M25?
Regards to all, Jeff

It made £4240 in the auction.

Trying to decide i) if that's good news and ii) is that a record?

I used to attend ACA but everything there has gone berserk,it's the strangest thing that they seem to attract only customers who are absolutely loaded and go there with the avowed intention of buying a particular vehicle come what may, there are NO bargains to be had from ACA,I saw an Austin A40 Farina go for £10000 because two people oozing wealth wanted it,crackers  ::)
You can see what I mean when a Scorpio makes big money like that,if you need to sell a half decent classic take it to Kings Lynn !
