Title: Re: What does (LT) Mean Post by Geoff_W on Nov 18th, 2004, 8:08pm Nope Leather was an option. as most were bought by companies they came out quite complete or fully loaded. Some owners have retrofitted leather, hence the links on the main site and the for sale items and wanteds. |

Title: Re: What does (LT) Mean Post by Baz on Nov 18th, 2004, 8:14pm Leather was standard trim on the last lot of cars I believe including the ghia and ghia x models although as has been pointed out, it was an option on earlier cars. Sounds like a nice car though!!!!!!! Enthusiast?? Baz |

Title: Re: What does (LT) Mean Post by Dave on Nov 18th, 2004, 10:34pm Thank yooou. We too have been wondering what [LT] means for many weeks. Found the only difference on Parkers.co.uk was in price... quite a big diff, but no obvious reason. Leather trim. Good old leather trim. And that rear electric reclining seats gymberydoo talk.. now, am I right in thinking that early frog eyes didn't even have rear electric seat options, whereas very late ones did? Furthermore... I know a family with an H reg Scorpio Granada, 2.9 12v...saloon..ohhh it was lovely. Got me hooked. Anyway, where was I..... That had rear electric seats. Although they didn't work. However they said it didn't bother them because when they did work they compromised the size of the boot! And these people, they keep a lot of stuff in their boot. Eeeh. Captain, that sounds fantastic. Buy buy buy! Sell sell sell! d. |

Title: Re: What does (LT) Mean Post by craig on Nov 19th, 2004, 6:41am the rear electric seats were never an option on the scorpio, were only ever factory fitted on granada scorpio's,however can be retro-fitted,there was a thread a month or so ago all about it,fitting is quite simple i have been led to believe..... HTH craig.. |
