Replied to a post in the forsale section and got a PM from 'scorpioultima'.....

Though as said nice to have guys resident that can supply... though please suppliers get intouch with admin and ask to get an advert up - complete with discount to site members.

edit : Admin.. please don't delete. Is intended not at all to show any negative aspect to resent rule enforcement. opposite infact.

Good idea....but wouldn't it be fun if we could hack in and delete the admin accounts for a few hours!!!!

We'd have 2000 pages of ultima switches forsale in no time :D

Sites becomming victim to it's own popularity... it's happened to them all.

And the only way to protect the site is to have rules that arn't popular with the majority membership.

We've had a few issues with some contentious posts and 'attitude' towards other members on the boards but hopefully that is all behind us now - apologies for anyone who lost a thread they were interested in - we can't please everyone etc etc LOL

I am setting up a special system for traders to advertise their Scorpio parts - they will have to pay a contribution to use it but it should be sweet when it's up and allows them to advertise an unlimited number of items with photos, decriptions and prices. I'll also add a search tool if it gets busy so you can search for items by Part number etc.

That way they won't clog up the forums.

Hopefully it will be so useful that all the traders will make use of it.
