Title: Facelift Headlight Post by Matt on Jun 18th, 2006, 12:32pm since getting my cossie there always been one thing (ok a few) that’s been bugging me, with the smoked headlight inner, the nasty looking oxidised metal ring that surrounds the low beam lens sticks out like a saw thumb. so today i did something about it, using a can of matt black spray from work, i painted the visible area of the ring so match the inner and the result well see for your self http://i5.tinypic.com/14tbnkn.jpg ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D it gives the car a even darker tint to the headlights and looks sooooo much better IMO. i also took the time to clean the glass lens with a bit of kitchen roll. The amount of dirt that came off it was unbelievable and made the lights a bit more brighter |
