I emailed these people for a quote for 2 wishbones, all the fixing bolts and 4 rear wish bushes. Within a couple of days, Trevor emailed me the quote, approc £280 all in.

Sooo, today I rang them to order the swag. After being transferred to everyman and his dog, apparently everyone shares the main phone line, I got Dave. Well Dave was obviously p#ssed off having to go to work today as his telephone manner was terrible. I said I had a quote and wanted to order the swag, to which he grunted and after a deep breath, said can't you order these on line !!

Well mate yes I can, but I was odering them on my way to work, so no, I needed to speak to a member of staff. So guess who DIDN'T get an order for £280 this morning.

Dave, your customer service sucks

:-X how odd, i find fordparts quite easy and happy to deal with, maybe there was a technical problem there and everything had gone t1t's up
