Not the Scorp but my MK3 is no longer in my possession.
Engine bound for a Transit van somewhere in east London and the rest of her is to be pulled apart as a lesson for some budding mechanics.
I'm sorely disappointed that she won't go back on the road but hey, you pay your money you take your choice and now that money has changed hands it's up to the new owner what he does with it.
Can't help feeling kind of sad though.
Wanted to change my mind as she was loaded onto the recovery truck but there's bills to pay and a car on the lawn is worth £350 in the hand right?
Just thought I'd share my pain.

Your not alone there Mark. Lost my MK3 the end of Jan, to cronic compression failure :'( :'( :'(. Must look on the bright side though. It went to a guy who is restoring his mk3 so the leather & panels will live on ;). Plus i finally have a cossie 8). Have promised myself one for a good few years now so im currently over the moon (& only just hanging on to my license) ::).
