Hi all,

The Scorpio just got a bit too hard to justify with increased urban driving and has now found a new home. The new owner got his first Scorpio, and was seemingly about as excited I was when realizing how a good value it was for it's price. It was after all a full factory spec Ultima saloon.

I probably can't stay away from this site anyway, what learnt about the scorpio will be extremely useful with any other car. The quality of this site makes owning even a Golf or a Corolla a jump into the unknown.

Thank you all for the help I've got over the years to keep the cruiser running, it has been well appreciated!

I'll stick around :). If I only had space for more than two cars... Good thing though, although is was technically in good order and the interior close to mint, we agreed to leave the sills and arches and front bumper to the new owner and set the price thereafter. Would have been too much maintenance for one year otherwise to the already high fuel costs, I couldn't have sold it with peace in mind for the next two years. And most importantly, I was happy with the final price, I didn't have to deal with a tire-kicker who inflates all flaws.
