Hi all

Just recently brought a low milage 24v Scorpio ultima in moondust silver on an R plate.

My dad has had a couple of these and I have wanted one for myself since then, but had to wait until the prices dropped enough to allow me to get one as 3rd car!

Now like all first time poster's, my 2nd post is regarding a problem! :(

Thought I might add the list of problems that the car had when I brought her.

1. Sunroof not working - motor and sunroof seized. Sunroof oiled, new motor sourced and one of the new gears ordered from USA off Ebay.

2. Drivers seat back will not return to upright position, will recline though - Have manually set it in my position for the time being....

3. Radio display was just showing green - Brought another 6000 unit off Ebay and music has been restored to the car.

4. Multi cd changer in boot not working - 2 cd's had been inserted into 1 slot causing a jam! cd's removed and changer working again.

5. Remote fob not working - good clean and another sourced from Ebay has them both working now, although the range is rubbish.

I think that was about it! :)

Where in the us is the gear coming from, the sun roof is a common problem as the gear is made of plastic. PS welcome ;D
