DOHC2300 Engine

The DOHC2300 engine is the DOHC2000 engine with a longer stroke crank and with the height raised to allow the fitment of secondary balance shafts (developed by Cosworth) inside the crankcase. Introduced for the Ford Scorpio it is still fitted - in transverse form - in the Galaxy.
